Built TxtCart to 2.5M ARR while working full-time construction.
These two questions saved me from wasting years:
1. "WHAT DO I NOT KNOW?"
I'm obsessed with learning from other people's mistakes instead of making my own.
Books, podcasts, mentors… doesn't matter the format. I'm hunting for pattern recognition from people who've already been where I'm trying to go.
2. "WHAT AM I NOT DOING ENOUGH OF?"
> What busy work am I doing that doesn't move the needle?
> What could I pass off so I can focus on what actually matters?
These two questions keep me from getting bogged down in meaningless sh!t.
They force me to stay aligned on where we're going instead of drowning in to-do lists.
