Sitegpt Reaches $190K ARR

Can’t believe SiteGPT is actually at $190k ARR now…

I still remember in April of this year…
we have almost given up on our product.
Didn’t think it would go anywhere…

There was zero growth at that time for the previous two years. In fact, it was in a declining state.

We even decided to sell it and reached out to a many people we know.

Nobody was interested in buying it. Why would anyone want to buy a dying product…

But finally got a buyer interested, at a much lower price. Even though the amount was much lower than we expected, we decided to go ahead with it.

But when it was time to actually sign the papers to sell it, something didn’t feel right.

I couldn’t get myself to give up just yet.

So me and my brother sat together and decided that we are going to remove all other distractions and focus on just this one single thing and give it one more shot.

So we shut down all other side projects, and decided we are going to put all our effort into this one single thing.

We started believing in ourselves,
started believing in the product.
Started talking to customers.
Actually listening to them.

And what ended up happening as a result of it is outstanding.

We almost doubled our MRR in the next 8 months.

We are still not done. We are going to get to that $1M ARR.

It may take time. It will definitely take time.
But we will get to it one way or the other.

We are two people building, coding and growing SiteGPT.

Not every day feels like a good day, but today, it definitely feels like one.
