DataExpert.io Reaches $2M ARR

Original Announcement
I’ve been thinking about this math a lot and weighing if that 2% chance of $50m is worth it.
I’ve built DataExpert.io to $2M ARR over the last three years. I could exit for $8-10m now. In 3 years not 5 years.
My body and mind are yearning for a new problem though. I don’t think a legacy as “the boot camp guy” is appealing or respectable.
I know the following things are hard requirements for my next company:
- my next company shouldn’t be boot strapped
- my next company needs a cofounder
- my next company needs shared risk model
- my next company is not in edtech
That’s what makes sense to me. That might not mean an accelerator. Who knows what’s next? Life is exciting
